S.P.O.R.T.S. Slap the magazine. Pull back AND HOLD the charging handle. Observe the ejection port. Release the charging handle. Tap the forward assist and/or magazine. Squeeze the trigger. Practice that until it is second hand muscle memory then redo this video with this trigger. With all due respect, some of this was your failure not the trigger.
